Recently the 6th and 7th grade math students participated in Farkle Friday. Farkle is a game that gets the students thinking about probability. They have to determine, based on the probability, if the risk of playing on is worth it or if they should just take their points and let the next person play. At the end of the game the students are asked to answer some basic probability questions to determine their understanding of the topic. Mr. Sheffield even stopped by to watch the action.
