Exeter-Milligan qualified two for the Class D-2 state speech meet on Friday in Kearney. Morgan White qualified by winning the district meet in serious prose. While Troy Kallhoff earned the gold medal in extemporaneous speaking. He also finished third and qualified for state in informative. Four other events medaled at the district meet, helping the Timberwolves finish third in the team standings. Kmila Benitez finished fourth in POI. The OID of White, Tucker Svec, Kiley Oldehoeft, and Selah Petersen was fifth while Joni Vossler finished sixth in serious. The duet of Kierra Papik and Lily Jeffries also earned sixth-place medals.
